Hannah, I apologize for your negative experience at Scenic, We never want an unhappy customer. In between helping folks withe question and education about pond building and care or picking out trees at one end of the nursery to water plants at the other end and koi in the fish house it can be a challenge to keep up. Having enough Knowledgeable employees on what we do, and offer is can be challenging . In addition to that there is always work to be done. With thousands of pots of plants and trees to hand water every single day on 5 acres of over 25 water features and gardens to keep up, there is alway work to do and never enough hands to do it all. Therefore there is seldom someone standing around at the checkout counter. We do try our best to keep an eye out for customers as they come in and give them the best service possible. Don’t give up on us , we appreciate your business. We will try some other solutions to alert us that there is someone around the bend needing assistance.
