I would not use them again. This company wired up my new house. It was the builder's choice, I did not pick them. For the most part, I think they did a good job on the wiring. The issue we had is some time after we moved in. I needed them to finish up a few things they stubbed out. The day somebody was to come out, nobody showed. I am waiting around...I did not receive a call or anything, I had to call them. They said their employee was sick. Okay, I understand. Let's re-schedule, right? They promised to call me back to reschedule. Ray's Electric did all the electrical work for a large remodel project at our house. The quality of the work was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We call Ray's first when we need electrical work now.

Called Ray's to see if they could do electrical work needed to connect a new well pump on a yard irrigation well that I recently had drilled at a rental property. Cheryl who works in the office is very professional and courteous. She indicated that the electrician would have to go by and take a look to see what the job would involve. I gave her the address and she indicated that it was only a couple of miles from their office, so he should be able to get by there within a couple of days. After 3 days, I called to see if he had been able to go by. She said he found the house number next door but couldn't find mine.
