3 hours into our move my Fiancés car broke down in Wichita. Tim was literally the only guy i could get on the phone since it was a holiday weekend. He picked up right away, from the very beginning he was incredibly helpful. He was open and honest about all pricing, and was even teaching me what he was doing on the car so i could learn for future sake. I highly recommend to anyone who needs a repair, he got us on the road very quickly!
Peterbilt 579 paccar mx13 Fan stuck on. No one I could find in Wichita willing to work on a paccar except Pete and Kenworth . I called Ratcliff. He came over to my house and found the strange problem and solved it. Seems ecm software decided somehow to change itself to keep fan always on. Fast. Great price. Very happy. I can get back to work now Thanks
