My husband and I had a very important event and we did not know that In The Bag closed at 2pm on Saturdays — totally our fault for not checking the hours.We got SOOOOO lucky that Gio (driver) happened to be outside of the 21st and Maize store on 2/3 after hours and he was so gracious and helpful to allow us to get our garments. He seriously saved the day because we had nothing to wear!The best customer service for sure! You guys will always have my business!
Was done quickly and was notified of the entire process by text. Their online service made the payment process very easy for a first timer. Having it right down the street was always a plus and the customer service was excellent. The lady working the front desk helped with making my account and was very friendly. Would definitely recommend!
I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of service I received. I was greeted by a smiling, friendly face. My dry cleaned comforter was actually bagged with a handle for easy carrying. I will be back!
