Giving neutral feedback, because this is what I was told. A lot of doctors had retired or went on to new positions. They had to transfer a lot of the clients to the available doctors who accepted their respective insurances. This has caused now a backlog of appointments to the doctor(s), and was told they have some appointments already booked out for December 2023. It is May 2023. They are suggesting other clinics to contact, but if you do book with Ascension, you may have to drive out to Andover.

My brothers and I saw the same Dr. growing up and now we are grown. I still see the same Dr. but he is also my kids Dr. Its a trust thing for my wife and I when it comes to who is evaluating our kids progress and when they are in need of medical help. We trust this place.

Dr Johnson and his nurse Theresa take time to explain what is Happening and/or what is needed. He Always answers my questions. The office is Run efficiently as we never have to wait. All the staff are very polite and make you feel comfortable.
