We cannot speak highly enough of Andre with Top Flight. He helped us at our previous home and our new home. 100% recommend! Thoroughly explains everything. Doesn’t hard sell. So very different from the larger companies. You don’t find service people like Andre very often. He’s the best!
Andre with Top Flight Air came to my home today to do the air conditioner maintenance. He was on time, and very cordial upon arriving. He addressed the issues with me, re: the air conditioner and explained what needed to be fixed or replaced. I had confidence in him and his reasoning to help me decide what I would do going forward. Now days it’s very hard to trust in people, but I must say that I trust this gentleman. He did in my opinion, a great job, and Got everything done. He is a possible ten.
Andre got our AC back working the same day I called and was great at sharing all the details about the problem. He made did a great job and was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!
