We called Pankey Foundation Repair for a second opinion on our foundation. He was honest and did not try and sell us things we didn’t need. I would highly recommend them as an honest and knowledgeable foundation company!
I had 2 other foundation repair companies come out to look at stairstep cracks in my basement. They told me it would cost tens of thousands of dollars to repair with a bunch of piers. Pankey told me I didn't need piers and the cracks could be repaired for 900 dollars. I had a 3rd party structural engineer do an inspection to confirm piers weren't needed and verified that Pankey was correct in their assesment of the foundation. I highly recommend Pankey as they are honest and won't waste your time.

The entire process from the free inspection to the completion of the job was hassle free and professional. Juan and his crew showed up on time each day and communicated often to let us know what was happening. They treated her home with respect and care. The crew was friendly and competent.
The job was finished a day early and the crew cleaned up all debris and led the area better than they found it.
