John Whitford was my service technician. He was very professional, helpful, and educational on how to protect my home from mice and critters. He took the time to do a thorough evaluation and found some holes in between my stucco and foundation, reviewed all my mouse traps. He provided me with proper ways to plug those holes and protect my home.
