Krysta is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. My wife is an employee with USD 259 and they just switched insurance and the new insurance now has the place as out of network. I take partial blame for this, and most places with any decent amount of courtesy would let you know. They didn’t fine, so we called to see if they would help out any since we normally pay $30 the bill was over $160 for a single visit. Krysta was for lack of a better term a Bit**, and this isn’t a word I use often. Nice people, and Dr. Doug really helped my back, but they're way over priced. I was told I was paying $35 a visit. That seemed about right compared to other doctors in the Wichita area.6 months later (after about 30 visits) I was back charged an additional $60+ per visit, and they refused to work with me at all or help lower the price. Other chiropractors in the area charge WAY less than this.
