I did a free week and couldn’t wait to join!! Everyone I have met here both the staff and other people doing yoga have been the nicest people I have met in a long time! Everyone has been so welcoming. They really want to know where you are in your practice and follow up with you to make sure to work around your schedule. And the yoga on demand is incredible I can’t wait to do more of that!!!

I LOVE YogaFit studios! I've moved three times in the past year so as you could guess, I've tried a lot of different studios. This is by far my favorite I've been to. The instructors and staff are so welcoming and the classes are challenging, yet fun!

I came here for a free candle light yoga event. It was a unique experience that I'm glad I got to try. The staff is friendly and the class was well taught. I really enjoyed the ambiance of doing the class at night with candle light surrounding the room.
