Not sure why someone rated this place 1 star. The front desk lady was very kind to me, and Bridgette, the doctor I had, was very knowledgeable and actually gave me time to ask questions about my situation unlike other doctors offices I’ve been to in the past.“​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

I love this place and have been going for a bit over a month. Usually its kinda quiet and the trainers are helpful without being pushy. If you want a certain machine is suggest going before 6am, after 9am, or after 6pm when its not really busy. The steam room and sauna are nice. I'd give it 5 stars but have had a few things that needed to be cleaned at times. Other than that I love this place and highly recommend
