I can’t recommend full circle’s prenatal yoga enough. So Wonderful to be around mommas at every stage of pregnancy. The instructors meet you where you are and check in with specialized modifications for whatever you are experiencing -heartburn, nausea, swelling.They help you focus and bring attention back to your body growing a body and prepare you for your birth to come. Special thank you to Jenny for everything you do.

I don’t know how I would have made it through my pregnancy without the classes at Full Circle Yoga KC. My older sister also went to Jenny Hellman for two of her pregnancies and when I told her I was having trouble finding good and affordable prenatal yoga in my city, she recommended Jenny. I was able to attend class virtually and took two to three classes a week. I set up my yoga mat in my nursery and even though I was many miles away Jenny and the other instructors always made me feel included. The space felt special and sacred. If you are pregnant, have a baby or small kiddo and want an awesome community whilst doing yoga, this place is it!! I have been to the prenatal classes and byob classes and the community as well as the yoga classes are amazing! You meet all kinds of people going through the same journey as you. And the owner, Jenny is absolutely amazing! She truly makes the place. Highly highly recommend and love the space ♥️
