Check in was quick, friendly staff, sat for about two minutes, and was taken back to exam room. Doctor was in promptly. I was very happy with the competency and care of everyone I came in contact with. Great experience with this practice at all my appointments.
Dr Rance identified and removed 2 melanomas in April and referred me to another MD for quick excisions. Checkup this week, all clear, could not be happier with DCMW: scheduling, helpful staff, wait times, cleanliness, high professionalism. Well done!
All of the staff is very professional, and yet friendly. The doctors and nurses are very knowledgeable and handled my case quickly. I especially appreciated the short wait in the waiting area before being taken back to the exam rooms.
