Worst phone etiquette. I'm not a difficult person, but when you answer "we close after our last appointment " and don't give me an actual time to be helpful, you are being evasive and not direct or helpful. Will avoid on any future visits to KC.

Called to see if they had a slot for a trim this evening and the lady on the other end of the phone scoffed at me, said they they were booked and then asked me if I had ever been there before. No ma’am and I don’t think I’ll give it a shot, either.I try to shop local when I can but I was able to get in with Beauty Brands and within 5 mins of online booking, they called to confirm that I would be there.

My family and I always get the best service and wonderful haircuts from everyone at Chop Shop Hair! They are so friendly and make you feel very comfortable. Talented and profession, they always give you the best haircuts. We've been going there for nearly ten years and we wouldn't go any other place for our hair care needs.

Worst haircut I've got in my entire life! So bad, I had to go to another place the same night to get it at least look decent enough to go to work the next day. Since this was my first time here, I showed the guy (an elderly guy with white hair) pictures of my haircut that I've always had, and even explained it to him, but still managed to screw it up! Found a different place for my next haircut, never going to this one ever again!
