Sometimes you join a fitness club because you have to, not because you want to. After my doctor prescribed the highest level of blood pressure medicine, I joined BioFit. I didn’t feel judged or on display there and they matched me up with the perfect trainer. Michelle’s approach fits with my mindset and personality and her techniques keep me motivated.
I’ve just had my 3 month check-in and my doctor cut my meds in half. Michelle, you are a rock star! I’m set for fitness success in the new year and absolutely recommend BioFit!
After relocating to the Kansas City area this summer, I chose BioFit for my fitness needs. Their personalized approach to my physical (strength and balance) and mental (memory and attention) goals is perfect. Little did I know they would also discover a health issue.
My trainer Allison noticed my inability to correctly identify the color blue during our workouts. Although I wasn’t due for an eye appointment for another year, I followed up and am now scheduled for cataract surgery. Allison, I can’t thank you enough! I’m set for fitness success and absolutely recommend BioFit!
A great gym. I’ve been a member for over a year and I have nothing but compliments. It’s clean, safe, it has all the basic equipment needed and the 24/7 offering is the absolute best. It’s a nice added personal touch that they decorate for holidays and when I see the trainers they are all great and very friendly. It’s a very judgement free zone and they offer kids athlete training my son has gone to and he loved. If you are starting out or experienced sign up. You’ll never have an excuse to not go when it’s 24/7 and it’s the best gym I have ever been a member of.
