To be honest, I wasn't enthusiastic at first, but after entering the place, I was impressed by the variety of equipment. The presence of young customers indicates that it's fun and never boring. The prices are reasonable, and the longer your subscription, the cheaper it becomes. You also get an extra discount if you register with friends. The players are cooperative, and the place is open all day with people of all ages. Free Wi-Fi is available. The changing room area needs renovation due to rust on some of the lockers, and the shower area needs renovation and expansion as it's difficult to move around in
If cracked leather, steel plates, and antique equipment make you feel alive, this is the place for you. This is an excellent gym. I visited one day and debated moving to Ottawa. The people running the place were very helpful and kind. I reached out via email and got a response the same day. The membership prices are incredible, 15 dollars a month or pay 100 dollars and get a year membership for less than 8.50 a month. A day pass is 5 dollars and the Nautilus Pullover Machine made it worth the price of admission. Nothing will make you feel stronger than buckling in before a set and the lat soreness was immediate. I've been going here for about 2 years almost 3 I believe. The majority of the time most of the machines work. Sometimes they are broken but that's just how it is. They fix everything relatively fast. They keep it super clean. They even have a kids area incase parents want to work out as well. If you don't feel comfortable going during the day or work nights like I do you will get a little microchip key to use, which I really enjoy that there is one that I can go to that has 24 hour access.
