I will not be taking Daisy back here. I don’t know what has happened with the staff that used to be so kind. But I was just accused of lying so they could make me come back in for a test to get money from me. A test I did already an did not need. I was accused of not giving my dog heartworm meds when I was. They just forgot that I had several months supply left like I told them at my last visit. I was told I must be lying and I could not refill without a test. It was negative of course! I’d been giving my dog her meds for the last 4 months like I said. I’ve been taking my pet here for yrs! Always paid all my bills, always was treated well. This was so crazy and awful. They were disrespectful, dismissive, and insulting. And when I said I’m not planning on bringing Daisy back again, they didn’t even care. Just wow. Do better Great Plains. Shame on you.

Team Members are always so nice. Great Doctor takes the time to relay what is going on with your Kitty.Very Happy every time we have to make a visit.

My family has been searching for answers about our dog. All under the care of this clinic.Thyroid tests, diets etc...It turns out our dog has Cushing Syndrome. She has since died after we spent close to $1200 in lab and testing that led absolutely nowhere. After researching Cushing Syndrome in pets (like a 2min search) our dog had ALL THE SYMPTOMS. Very dissatisfied. Will not return.

I take all my 4 legged fur babies here! The staff and vet love the animals and the groomer is great with my old, cranky schnauzer!
