Lost all of the high frequencies in my hearing aids. Messaged Carrie at Ford hearing thinking I needed a "calibration" like last time. Carrie replaced the mic covers and fixed the issue, but didn't have the correct color in stock. She put on different colored ones, ordered the correct ones and got them put on 3 days later. Love having Carrie at Ford Hearing Aid Service on my side!!!!

Ford Hearing Aid Service is one of the best finds in Newton. The two audiologists are professionally proficient, helpful, approachable and caring. We are blessed to have them in town.
