The crew were very good. They explained everything they were going to do and then proceeded to clean all the ducts and then my Furnace.
I would highly recommend Midwest Duct.
I had a couple of separate Duct Cleaning companies come to my house for estimates. They’d walked through the house counting vents, going from room to room.
Midwest Duct Cleaning gave the most efficient estimate over the phone! & because of that I hired them. .
The technicians that arrived were professional, and explained exactly what the process was. They were neat and organized. I expected the house to become dusty as the process started and I was pleasantly surprised. These guys knew what they were doing. My house is 2000 square feet. They arrived at 8:30 am and were done by 1ish.

They did an absolutely amazing job! They were very professional, showed up when expected, and did the job timely. They even took time to explain and answer all my questions after! I will be using them going forward and would recommend them to everyone!
