Lied to over the phone, I was quoted one price to have a new car key made. Additional charges were added and I wasn't informed until after the work was completed. A $140.00 quote turned into a $89 service call fee + $120 program fee + $280 for the wrong key. the key can be bought on Ebay for under $20.00. $557 total for 1 key is ridiculous. Stay away from this company.
Very fast service but deceptive business practices and charging. I was provided “option A, B, and C” for a deadbolt replacement. Option B turned out to be a $25 cheap Walmart deadbolt that I could twist off with a pair of regular pliers. Our total service for 1 replacement door knob, 1 deadbolt for entry door and a key match service. Total time they spent onsite 24 minutes. Total charge $580! Nearly 2x what it should have been especially for low grade hardware. Big mistake !
The service was fast however I’m extremely displeased with the fact that I was lied too. When quoted the locksmith told me “since you have full coverage you just need to contact your insurance and they will reimburse your bill.” This was not the case at all and I was charged $225 for this service which seems extremely overpriced. When I went to call the company back all I get is the option to leave a voicemail which I did and never heard anything back. Had I known what the locksmith told me wasn’t true, I would have never agree to pay $225 from this company and would have went somewhere else.
