Liz is truly an expert in the world of hair. I found her years ago when I was pregnant and searching for a stylist who used organic products. She uses an all-organic color on my hair that looks so natural and keeps my hair incredibly healthy. I’m so thankful I found her!! She takes time with her clients and helps them develop a long-term plan for their hair. She not only cares about how your hair looks, but she cares about the overall health of your hair. 10/10 recommend!

Liz is an incredible hair stylist, she expertly wrangles my curls into an easy-to-style masterpiece (no small feat!) that I can actually replicate on my own (also no small feat!). Not only that (but that is more than enough for me), she gives her clients the royal treatment, often going the extra mile with a hand massage, or a massage via her massage chair, or a deal on one of her excellent products, to mention a few. She is a cut above (pun intended) and worth every dollar spent (tip her good, she's worth it!).

Liz is excellent at her craft. She listens and collaborates with you on your style and cut. I have very thick hair with loose curls and she cuts it perfectly. I rarely have had this trust with someone who cuts my hair. Go see her!!!! You will be so glad you did.

I have followed Liz to just about every salon she has worked in!! I moved way north of her current location so tried someone new for a while!! I got a very good haircut but not the haircut I wanted!!

Wow. Not only did I get an expert cut and color, I was impressed by the brand new Crowns Salon by ElisabethLayne. The parking is plentiful and easy and located on the back side of Town Center Mall in Leawood. Liz has decades of experience and is talented in cuts, color and also makeup. She has been cutting and coloring my 50-something hair along with my daughter's who are late 20's, for fifteen years. She also did two of our daughter's weddings and can highly recommend her and her team for weddings or special events. She also cuts my husband's hair. We all get compliments on our hair and we have Liz to thank for that. She is trustworthy and super creative. The perfect balance.
