10/10 - makes you feel right at home. The gym is clean, organized, has a good flow & layout. AC/Heat, open garage doors, multiple showers & bathrooms. Professional & incredibly knowledgeable staff. Definitely will be back & recommended to others!

KVC was my first experience with CrossFit. Herein lies the problem. I moved across the country and figured I would simply find myself another gym. Well, after sampling about all of the gyms my city has to offer (my city is bigger than Lawrence, mind you), I still haven’t found a gym anything like KVC. I used to think what really made KVC special was the amazing people, both coaches and members. I still do! But, now I realize how I had taken the training for granted. I have yet to find a gym that prioritizes the warm up, mobility, and education like KVC does. The coaches here are remarkably competent, extremely helpful, kind, and supportive.
