I have been using Pied Piper exterminators at two apartment buildings I manage for the last 3 years. They came in initially and got the apartment building cockroach problem under control and have kept it under control. My tenants are not complaining about seeing any bugs. I'm happy, my tenants are happy, and when I show an apartment I can securely say that it is pest free. You do your part and they'll do their part.

My experience is over 12 years with a house Built in a wooded setting. Always on time, anytime between quarterly visits I have a problem they come out within 48 hrs I had a wasp problem, an extra charge item, the sprayed at my request with their standard spray, came back at no charge next with high test specialized spray,no charge. In 12 years I have seen 3 mice all two months ago, they came out with special boxes that had a poison that once ingested forced rodents to seek water outside Problem solved. What more can you ask ?

I love this place! I am scared to death of spiders. I also have wood in my basement because i burn wood in the winter.. with wood...comes bugs. i get my house sprayed every quarter and i have done this for a few years now. I have not seen an alive bug in quite some time.
