I work with Dr. Joe but would happily commit to any of the PT's here. They have such a "person-first" approach to treatment and therapy at Empowered goes much deeper than physical. As an athlete, I feel like I'm treated as an athlete and the goal is always to get me back moving and not told to just avoid things.

I’m in my 20’s and have already experienced a hospitalization for my low back because I wasn’t careful in my movements. Empowered PT (Brady specifically) has taught me how to move well not only in my lifts but also how to keep myself safe for my job in healthcare. I use what Brady teaches me every day and feel more prepared than ever to do heavy lifts, daily tasks, and most importantly move well throughout my life! Regardless of what age or stage you are in life you should go to Empowered PT! It will be life changing in a good way.

I entered Empowered Physical Therapy with a shoulder injury due to a skiing accident. I met with Dr Joe and he’s been an absolute godsend! My shoulder is not only better, but stronger and more flexible. Once we realized we were going forward with that, we started working on lower/upper body strength for not only a greater skiing experience, but life in general! I can’t speak highly enough for both Dr Joe, but the entire EMPOWERED TEAM! Thank you ?
