I used this company for cleaning our carpet after we moved out of our home. Pet stains were removed well and each room, hallway, and stairs were cleaned with care. Service was excellent! Definitely would recommend them to anyone in the Basehor/Leavenworth area!Services: Pet stain & odor removal

I highly recommend Doug. He did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets. He was able to completely get rid of the pet smell from our carpets. We will definitely use him again in the future!

Talk about professionalism. I call and ask for a quote. "Sure", he says. He shows up, I tell him the issue. After telling me he usually just cleans them in his driveway.. but can't now due to snow. It's going to be more. When I ask how much he says $200. ( which the last company did it for $60) I tell him that's a lot and I would need to talk to my husband. So I step away to make my call. He goes out to his truck to get something, when I come back he has rolled up my rug in plastic. I tell him I that is too much, he responds by saying, "if you decide you don't want it cleaned, just call me by tomorrow and I'll bring it back." And leaves with my rug. After speaking with my husband that night we decide that $200 is way too much. I text him the following morning, asking him to please return it. Then tells me to get my rug back the delivery fee is $30. And tries to guilt trip me into paying him to return it. Telling me I need to now come pick it up, I say ok, where. When. Not only do I have an uncleaned rug, I have a sopping wet ruined rug. Seriously guy what do u want, do I need to just sue you for this. Unbelievable!!!!
