We’ve taken our family pet that we rescued as a puppy two tomes in the last week and all they can do is take our money and keep having us buy their dog food and many other unnecessary things. They drew his blood on the second visit but all they could say was his levels were high or abnormal… still couldn’t say what is wrong with our poor sweet pet and have left us with no money to go elsewhere. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!! They promised they would return our call and never did! Please do not take your I’ll pet here if you want care and services !!!!!

On a very busy day where they warned us of a wait we still felt our time was respected and the overall experience still wasn't too long. They spoke kindly to us and our cat, moved quickly, made good recommendations, and got us out the door.

I would not recommend anyone to bring your pet here! I took my dog because he had diarrhea for 4 days they just looked at him no tests or anything said it’s just anxiety and stress gave some meds and sent him in the way and of course charged for a physical and everything. 2 weeks later still has the diarrhea as they never really did anything to figure out what was wrong so I called and they said could bring a stool sample to test since they didn’t even do that to begin with then want me to pay another $55 they are a rip off and just want money! I have had still samples done elsewhere for way less around $25

This place is FABULOUS!!!!! The staff are ALL just wonderful and caring!!!! The dr was thorough and explained everything so well!!!! The care was TOP NOTCH as well as the compassion of everyone there!!!!

We took our elderly Beagle dog to Hamilton Crossing Veterinarian to put her to sleep. Dr. Zettel and her assistant were very patient with us as we prepared our final goodbyes. Her passing was very peaceful. The team made it easier for us to come to terms with this very difficult decision. Thank you to the entire team.

The team here went above and beyond! From getting our girl Henny seen when no other clinic around could, to giving us a follow-up phone call to check-in. They are great! The care we received was exceptional, all at an average rate. Thank you guys again!
