Absolutely amazing. We had mold in the basement of our house that the initial inspection company did not report. From the first phone call with Advantaclean, they were VERY nice and had great customer service.They explained how everything would work and scheduled a free estimate and consultation that took place within days. They were very fast.When Pete came to inspect, he did a very thorough inspection and detected what he knew would need remediated. When I called, the woman I spoke with was great. She wanted to get me in as soon as she could and called Pete to see if he could fit me in. I just have to say that Pete was fantastic. I called to ask for an air quality test because my exposed concrete in the basement smelled really musty after the floor was torn out due to a water heater that broke. After taking a look and even looking at and explaining a lot of other things to me, he said that he really didn't see anything that would make him think the test was necessary! Corwin offered a lot of advice along with his estimate of work for my crawl space. the crew was on time each morning and did an excellent job. they were courteous, cleaned up and hauled away all debris and answered all my questions. i would definitely recommend them.
