Had appointment yesterday to have hair done . She texted me 2pm went no one there . Then looked on website she had me down for 3 pm went back no one there ! At midnight I received a text from her she was sick . 9 hrs after my appointment. Apologized and said we could do it today Friday. I told her what time I wanted and she said that a different time would work for her so we went with her time which was noon was there at noon? She never showed up. stayed there till quarter after 12. She’s the most unprofessional person I have ever met in my 60+ years Why anybody would go to her and then her not to show up two days in a row with no text or phone call unbelievable I could keep going on and on my head is just spinning because I’m so upset .how she stays in business I’ll never know but I would never recommend her !! If she offered me a free haircut and color I would say no sorry screw you BEWARE

I love Michelle! I drive an hour and 20 minutes to get my hair done, it’s worth it! I have very fine hair, she gets it. A lot of hairdressers don’t understand how to deal with fine hair like mine. I’ve been going to Michelle for years and will continue for many more years to come!

I can't say enough good things about Michelle's quality of work! I just love everything from her cuts to color. She doesn't try and upsell treatments but will provide extras if you ask. I appreciate that so much. It literally took me 10 years to find someone I like and trust and can afford. She's not super cheap but she's fair and affordable and these days that's all you can ask for.

Michelle is the BEST! She’s kept my long hair looking great for several years. Michelle is a wiz at styling, she always styles my hair for Halloween and makes sure I look fabulous! Her shop is fun and welcoming and always professional. A+++

Michelle is the only person I trust my hair with! I first met her when I had a major hair emergency (died my blonde hair black) and needed major help! I had several places prior tell me they couldn't help me or that it would take a year to get it back to semi normal. I met with Michelle and at the first appointment we got rid of the black and almost got my hair back to blonde. I was amazed!! I've been going to her since. Michelle's salon style is so eclectic and unique and she is beautiful inside and out. If you need anything done to your hair,I highly recommend this woman!!
