Robert did a phenomenal job. He was professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough from start to finish. What truly stood out was how much time he took to explain everything to me, which is something he didn’t have to do, but absolutely did with patience and care.
Robert made sure I fully understood the issue and what it would take to resolve it. He didn’t rush the process and took his time to double and triple check that the problem was addressed correctly and completely. His attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right were impressive.
