I highly recommend Jim with Certified Home Inspections. He was very professional, patient, and extremely detailed in his explanations throughout the inspection process.
I was very impressed with how thorough he was and how clearly he explained the findings. He took the time to answer questions and made the process much easier to understand.

Was friendly at the inspection, but not thorough in the inspection report. We had to go back and forth many times and have our character attacked before getting the inspection completed as it should have been initially. Ultimately it was corrected, but I will be using a different inspector the next time I need one.
