Craig worked around our schedules to meet with us. Working with Michelle was great. She has a wonderful personality and is in the right job. The two young men who installed our windows were right on time, worked the entire time they were here and were very polite. Our entire experience was great and it is nice to work with a company that cares about their customers from start to finish. We will definitely refer people to Windo World!!

Window World has been the best business that I have delt with providing excellent windows for my entire home at affordable rates, I ended up having to have 2 repairs- both repairs offered free of cost or low cost options due to damages caused by catastrophic events and wind damage. A representative came out and replaced my windows for free! Michelle is the front administrative assistant with through the roof: knowledge about services and window replacement options. She demonstrated concern, compassion, persistence and above exceptional customer service! I recommend this company to everyone. A++

We had 14 windows replaced all in one day. The installers, Scott and Dave, started at 9 and finished before 6. They were courteous, professional, and very friendly. They laid tarps down inside before starting and made sure the areas were cleaned up afterwards. Both Scott and Dave were careful working outside around my flowers and plants, which I really appreciated. I love how easy my windows open now. The next day several neighbors commented on how nice the new windows looked. For the price, quality, installation, and customer service (Michelle) I would highly Window World.
