Recently, I needed to replace an existing window that Window World installed a few years ago. (The replacement was needed due to an accident that happened at our home.) I called and spoke with Michelle at Window World of Terre Haute. She assisted me immediately and was extremely helpful. I typically do not write reviews, but because of the excellent service I received from Michelle, I felt obligated to write one and was happy to give this local business 5 stars! Honestly, every business needs a customer-driven employee like Michelle!

Window World of Terre Haute did a great job from the sales process to scheduling to installing.Windows look great inside and out. Install team were nice and courteous. They were very fast and professional, two days and 14 windows and a front door was done.

Window World..I hesitated after receiving the windows, mainly because I wanted to not speak from the high or relief of getting them, though we needed them...the windows themselves seem good. Good windows at a decent price. The salesman was extremely helpful and cooperative. The install crew made a significant effort to make their work look professional and trustworthy. I look forward to hiring them in the future for our door replacement goals. These windows do not let the cold winter air into our home. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!

This entire process has been amazing! Michelle has been professional and enjoyable to work with. The windows were installed quickly and efficiently. Our installer, David was beyond professional and very quick! He answered our questions and made sure we understood how the new windows worked. I highly recommend giving them a call!

From the quote to ordering Corey was quick and professional. Once ordered we thought it might be 8 weeks out nope. Got the call and only a week later Michelle had me scheduled for installation. She text the day of installation and gave a time frame for them to arrive. The 2 gentleman arrived measured to confirm the size and began quickly. Total of about 6 or so I had my new windows in. Excellent price as well. Would highly recommend Window World to anyone.
