I haven’t personally worked with this company. However, I called to have an Inspection done and to receive an Estimate. Their Assistant was very helpful and efficient to making that happen by scheduling an appointment with me which happened to be the Next Following Day. She was very prompt and professional. The Next Following Morning Evan provided me A Follow Up with A Call explaining to me thoroughly of what he inspected and then provided me A thorough Estimate Shortly After, on the same day. I was very pleased with their professionalism and How Quickly they can assist you. I Highly recommend!

We couldn’t be happier with the work this company did after our home was hit with flood damage from a toilet! From day one, the team was professional, responsive, and compassionate during a stressful time. We had a flooded basement after our sump pumps failed, and PuroClean of Terre Haute was incredible. Joe and his team were quick, professional, and so kind throughout the whole process. Their customer service was outstanding — we felt completely taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend!
