Had an issue with water leaking in the basement and the shower piping in our down stairs bathroom. Grant came in ad assessed the situation very professionally and was very speedy at getting us an answer on how long it would take to fix. He did a great job with following the timelines he gave us and was very clear on what he was doing and how he was going to fix the issue's at hand. Grant was also very professional and talked to us like we were human and made everything very easy to understand as well. Would definitely recommend Grant as a contractor if it were my choice! Very knowledgeable and skilled at the tasks he performs!

The maintenance guy did an excellent job with installing the new doors and getting a new hot water heater out quickly. He made sure the new trim was installed.

Hidden fee’s are not disclosed the front. If there is a maintenance request, it takes about two weeks to be approved before any maintenance is done. I have had my security deposit taken out from arbitrary free’s that were not disclosed upfront front. The staff is not very helpful, better off finding a different place to rent.

Grant came to my home to do some important repairs. I am very impressed and happy with the work he did. He was very thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. He was always on time and checked back to make sure everything was still up to par. My wife and I have been renting from Berkshire for 14 years. Grant knows his profession and is one of the best.

I was in property management for 24 years and believe he's one of the best maintenance personnel I've ever seen.
