Brian made the remote closing of our property outside of Indiana so easy! He returned my call very quickly, scheduled me for less than 48 hours later and even came directly to our house. Such a professional - knowledgeable and enjoyable. We love to support local, veteran owned businesses. We will definitely use Brian again if we need a notary in the future.
Brian Oliver went above and beyond to helpme get my very ill sister's signature on thePower of Attorney to enable me to help my sister. Brian came not onçe but twice to her hospital. Due to how weak she was, her signature was difficult to read . Brian wrote a letter explaining the circumstances which allowed the POA to be accepted. I would highly recommeAd this Notary and will definitly use him in the future.
