My refrigerator was making a loud noise and almost right away the problem was identified by Mr. Murphy. It didn’t take very long for him to fix the problem and my refrigerator is quiet now.

Had an issue with our refrigerator ice maker. I called Murphy that morning, left a message, he called back not more than an hour later and ended up being able to come earlier than schedule. In less than an hour he diagnosed the issue, replaced the part, and left. So far no more leaks and our ice maker is behaving better than before! Really appreciated his quick support. Will be using his services again if needed in future.
