Every time I call Frank Shelley heating and Cooling. They are always so kind. We have had them to our residence for different things, and their workers are very professional, and polite. Thank you all for everything you do. We really appreciate you all.
We initially wanted to call these folks because they have always been pleasant to work with. Although our service wasn’t listed, so we called another well known company in Rensselaer that laughed at us on the phone when we asked if they could install something for us. So we called Frank Shelley just to see what they could do, and his wife said we can definitely do that for you no problem. They were out within a day because this was late at night and they had appointments the following day, but they hooked it right up the lady who installed it was very nice. They also gave us a very good deal I feel like, it was less than what they even quoted us so I am very appreciative...read full review
