We have used Metcalf, Payne, & Bell a few times now at our lake cottage. They are always prompt, thorough, and friendly when identifying the problem and providing the fix. You might find someone cheaper, but I’ll pay for great customer service.
They showed up on schedule and completed the task as requested. In addition, they identified a waterlogged captive air tank and returned to install a new one to get us back up and running. The office staff are very easy to work with.
Another excellent opening of the family cottage in early April 20/6. Metcalf Payne & Bell Uses the same technicians to perform the closing and opening of the cottage. They are familiar with the requirements and complete those requirements in a timely manner. The time is taken to ensure quality and review of each water outlet to ensure no issues have occurred within the system.
