Family Dentistry is a welcoming practice serving patients in Newburgh, Indiana and surrounding areas. The team is known for their friendliness and thorough explanations. Everyone is great, from the receptionist to the hygienist to the Dr. and even the lady who takes the money. Patients appreciate the time taken to address their questions and concerns, leaving them feeling comfortable and well-informed. It seems like they actually care. Dr. Biggerstaff is known for her helpful and calm demeanor, putting nervous patients at ease. She works hard to save teeth and will go step by step with patients for their care, from overall to orthodontia. New patients are always welcome.
I just came from their office after having a cracked filling repaired. Dr. Biggerstaff is my dentist, but she wasn’t available because of the Christmas break. Dr. Fabiano saw me instead within 24 hours of my toothache. She was fabulous. She figured out my problem and fixed it very quickly with no pain. I am so impressed with this office. Everyone is very efficient, highly qualified and very nice. 10 stars!
Yesterday was my first appointment for an exam and consultation. And after much discussion Dr. Biggerstaff and I came up with a treatment plan for my overall health of my mouth and teeth that’ll benefit myself for a long time. I was very impressed with her helpful and calm demeanor. I was embarrassed that I hadn’t been to a dentist in many years and was quite nervous. She and her assistant put my mind at ease. It’ll take some time but I have no doubt she will help me get to where I need. She even assured me she will go step by step with me for my care. From overall to orthodontia. I can’t wait to see what is accomplished.
