I had no idea what to expect after losing my Dad in regards to planning a service. John walked me through every step with compassion, consideration and thoughtfulness. It was a beautiful viewing and service that honored and paid tribute to my Dad in ways that I couldn’t have imagined and certainly didn’t have the emotional energy in those days to think of. I’m very grateful for the services Kraft provided to my father and my family. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.
Abby was so warm and kind to me and my family. She made a difficult situation not so difficult for all of us. She went above and beyond to support our concerns and needs. She was very patient and very respectful. We feel our dad was in the best of care possible with Abby. Thank you.
