Very friendly accomodating staff. We enjoyed our visit. Our dog didn’t complain about her exam so she must be fine with it ?

I just took my new puppy here yesterday. I am a first time dog owner; so first time here. I was not happy that they couldn't find the breed in their computer and called her "XXX-mix". That isn't accurate and worries me a bit. However the staff was very accommodating and friendly, they eased my anxiety caused from all the dogs barking (have always had a fear). I found the doctor to be very nice, he seemed interested enough but now after reading other reviews I will be more conscience of it. We have been taking our cats here for years. Always have good experiences. The techs are great. The vets explain what's going on as far as diagnosis and treatment. When we had 2 kittens born in our garage and the young mom could not take care of them Munster Animal Hospital took them in. They had a mom who could nurse them. Everyone was supportive and compassionate when 2 of our furbabies crossed the Rainbow bridge.
