Clean environment, friendly staff, other clients tend to stay to themselves. I greatly appreciate the \\\"woman's only\\\" room they have a few machines and mirrors, they also have a sauna in that room also. Fits my needs well, and definitely way better than planet fitness (in my opinion)

The pool prices per individual is like $10 each for a day pass. It's ridiculous to charge so much for 2 hours of pool use. They usually always have fresh towels handy and are quick to get some if they are out. Nice lockers as well.

Large facility with plenty to offer.. There is the large weight room with plenty of weight equipment; a cardio room with plenty of treadmills, exercise bikes, hill climbers, and stair steppers; aerobics room with yoga mats, stability balls of varying sizes, stepping blocks, jump ropes, etc; a women's only zone with equipment, treadmill, hill climber, bike, dumbbells, 2 dressing rooms with lockers, and a bathroom with a shower; an indoor pool and spa with a patio; 2 racquetball courts, tennis courts, and basketball court; a large locker room with lots of lockers and a few stalls and sinks and 3 showers, one of which is large, for women and the same for men except there...read full review
