Great experience all around. We found out from another company that our heat exchanger had a crack and we needed a new furnace. We called Four Seasons for a second opinion and they had someone out in 30 minutes and were able to restore our heat with a new furnace next day! Everyone from the salesman to the repairman were kind, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend and would use this company again

Our furnace went out last night and with the impending cold weather changes coming, I was nervous if we would be able to get it fixed quickly. I called the after hours service line and was connected with someone who helped us troubleshoot and then arranged for a service call for the morning. Everyone from the reception/scheduler was very professional and took care of us promptly. Our service tech was Josh and he was great and extremely knowledgeable. Great service and he explained everything and he went above and beyond. I was very pleased overall with my experience and if we ever have an issue again we will definitely be repeat customers.
