I like the house and the space, however the contractors they hired to do the siding and ourside electrical are very shotty. Outdoor panels out in the elements, painting on doors is a hack job. They didnt wipe down or remove anything, just painted right over it

I could write a novel on the amount of professionalism. Or lack of professionalism, I should say. I had a huge liability that I had to bug them about for 2 years that JUST got fixed. They do no respond to anything. When they do they are rude and snippy like you are inconveniencing them. My boyfriend at the time was approved to rent from them. Then when I applied they denied me. I was trying to get my own because I was trying to get my niece out of the foster system. My boyfriend went and put me on the lease Great!! Then we got married. Then he started to get violent with me and I had him locked up. So I put a order of protection against him and wrote Gerry a letter that she made a copy of along with the protection order stating that I would no longer be living there and I need to be off that lease.
