Kelley did a great job and even fit me in same day to fix a problem (I created, lol) so I didn't have to look at it all weekend. He was friendly and gave great advice for future projects. I also appreciate that he texts sometimes to communicate as some companies strictly call or use a 3rd person in an office as a go between. Will definitely be calling back again to get all my projects taken care of.

Half the power in our home went out over New Years weekend, Rudder was open on Monday and was able to send Orlando to my home to evaluate the problem. Orlando was very professional, he was timely, picked up after himself, and explained the issues he found to me as well as what he thought needed to be done to fix it in a very easily understood manner. He needed a helper to complete the job so he returned at 8 o’clock this morning as we had planned and I am now back with power in the full house.
