Ryan and the physical therapy team are great. Front office staff need some more house training before they’re allowed to talk to patients either in person or on the phones.If you live close to this location or it’s your only option due to insurance limitations, the therapy team will take care of you. It’s a shame that you have to deal with their secretaries/office administrators to get that care. If you have the option to go anywhere else, I’d suggest taking the other option.

I have been doing therapy on and off since October of 2020. The customer service from the front desk Heather to the therapist I have been working with Jamie has been nothing short of great! Heather is so polite and knowledge she has a great attitude and displays a high level of professionalism. She always has a smile and has asked me how I was doing. Jamie is hands down an awesome therapist. She has encouraged me, listened to my concerns and addressed them to the best of her ability, and has pushed me to my max.
