I was able to schedule an appointment quickly. Lenny came out and diagnosed the problems (2 issues) and ordered new parts. It took about a week to get the parts in and they called me back to schedule another appointment to repair. Lenny came out again and fixed the problems. He was knowledgeable and a hard worker.
