This is an older home and I wanted a total gut job in the kitchen due to lack of maintenance by previous owners. Maynor Construction gave a clear, detailed estimate and timeline. As expected with an older home, there were some issues. The floor was taken down to the floor joists, which is what I wanted, and the joists had additional joists sistered in to give needed support. I knew the plumbing was not in good shape going in, so it was all replaced with PEX and I don't have to worry about flushing toilets anymore. About 2 weeks ago I had some wind damage on my shingles and Maynor himself came to inspect the damage done. Him and his team kept in touch with me during the whole process. They are a very hard working team and a reliable company.
I hired Maynor Construction to paint my house and I couldn't be more pleased with the work. They washed the house, replaced bad wood siding, and then painted. Even when I changed my mind or added things I wanted done, they completed the job competently and efficiently. I highly recommend this company.
