My first experience with zero balancing went beyond my expectations. It's hard to know what to expect until you've experienced it. I'm still integrating the alignment that occurred!

Laura was pleasant. I did not feel awkward or embarrassed. She made me feel comfortable which was important to me because I didn't know what to expect. I'm sad I don't get to go back for another 5 weeks.

The Irvington Wellness Center is one of my most favorite places to visit. I always leave feeling better than when I entered. All of the instructors are so welcoming and knowledgeable. It's a very special place.
