We had a great experience with Pat Haddad and Susan. Our buying experience was seamless despite being >1000 miles away. Susan and Pat were quick to respond, were thorough, and were very thoughtful throughout the entire homebuying process. We were referred to the Haddad team by a friend, and can certainly attest to why!!!We don't plan on moving again anytime soon, but we will certainly refer Pat and team to anyone and everyone. The Haddad team was absolutely amazing and worked so hard for us from start to finish. We had a lot of extra obstacles in our buying and selling journey but they fought for us, reassured us, encouraged us and communicated with us every single step of the way. The Haddad Team is incredible. Trisha Southworth and Pat and William Haddad are so great to work with, answering all your questions and walking you through the process. This was my first time purchasing a home and they made a very daunting and scary process easy to understand and navigate. Cannot recommend enough!
